Nevada County Pride celebrates, supports, and advocates for the LGBTQ+ community in Western Nevada County by promoting Community, Diversity, and Respect through Events, Education, and Resources.

This is an inclusive Facebook space and all members of the LGBTQ+ family are welcome.

This weekly meet-up for LGBTQ+ youth age 13-19 will provide safe space, community, and resources for our local young queer community.

Support/Discussion Groups will begin meeting the first Saturday of the month for parents of transgender & nonbinary children, as well as transgender community members 18 and over.

The data collected in this report was gathered through a series of focus groups and online surveys during the 22/23 school year. 113 LGBTQ+ youth and 70 school staff were surveyed in Western Nevada County Schools.

The Center works to create a region where all LGBTQ+ people thrive; we support health and wellness, advocate for equity and justice, and work to uplift our diverse and culturally rich LGBTQ+ community.

TQYC uplifts trans and queer youth through virtual and in-person programming, creating access to gender-affirming resources, tools for mental well-being, and a chosen family of community support.

We provide high quality, compassionate and trauma-informed medical, gynecological, and mental health care services targeting trans, non-binary, gender non-conforming, and intersex (TGI) communities and cis-gender women with specific sensitivity to LGBQA+ sexual orientation, disability, size, race, ethnicity, and language regardless of immigration status or ability to pay.

A multidisciplinary program consisting of experts in transgender medicine and surgery at UCSF Medical Center.  Our aim is to provide evidence-based, cutting-edge clinical care for transgender and gender non-binary communities, as well as to conduct pioneering research and train the next generation of medical providers on all aspects of gender-affirming clinical care.
